
Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
3 ¼ cups half and half
½ cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a mixer on low for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. If you are using an ice cream machine, make ice cream according to manufacturer’s instructions. Some of the peanut butter may not completely mix and that’s okay. Ice cream can be enjoyed soft serve out of the machine or transferred to a freezer to harden for 3-4 hours or overnight.
