1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ cup frozen mango chunks
1 small banana
3 tablespoons milk (or formula, breast milk or water)

Suggested Age: 5+ months
- In a blender, mix together spinach, peanut butter, mango, banana and liquid.
- Pour green smoothie into popsicle molds; freeze until solid.
