
Ingredients
3/4 cup low-fat milk
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla, optional
1-2 teaspoons honey, optional
Directions
Combine the milk, Greek yogurt, banana, peanut butter and vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste, and then add honey if needed, to sweeten. Add more milk if you like it thicker. Add in vanilla protein powder or collagen for extra protein, if desired. Enjoy!
