Peanut Butter Bacon Sliders

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef

¼ cup soy sauce

½ cup creamy peanut butter, divided

Pepper to taste

6 tablespoons butter, softened

12 slider buns

12 slices of pepper Jjack cheese

2 medium tomatoes, sliced

12 slices cooked bacon

Dill pickle chips

Frozen onion rings, baked

1 onion, sliced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Mix together the ground beef, soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter and a pinch of pepper. Divide the beef mixture into 12 balls and flatten each into a patty. Butter each bun and set aside.

Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes, flipping burgers halfway through. During the last 2 minutes, place a slice of cheese on each patty and close the grill lid.

Remove burgers and cover loosely with foil. Toast buns on grill for about 1-2 minutes.

Build the slider from the bottom up by spreading 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter on bottom bun, then layer slider, onion ring, bacon, tomato, onion, pickle and complete with top bun.
