Back-to-School Peanut Butter Recipes!

Summer is coming to an end and now it is time to get geared up for the school year.  We know kiddos love delicious meals and snacks. Not only do kids (and parents!) love the taste of peanut butter, a two-tablespoon serving has 8 grams of protein and 2 grams of filling fiber to help power through each day.

Peanut Butter Coconut Berry Bowl

This recipe is great for back to school including creamy peanut butter, honey, farro, bananas, coconut and cinnamon.  Doesn't that sound amazing! 

Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich

The grilled take on the classic peanut butter sandwich is very flavorful.  Adding thinly sliced bananas and honey to make it the perfect afterschool snack.
