
Ingredients
2 tablespoons peanut flour
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon tamari sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
½ teaspoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon fresh lime peel, grated
½ teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
Directions
In a small bowl, stir in peanut flour and water to form a paste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Will have a thick paste-like consistency. Rub over chicken or your favorite seafood or meat as marinade.
