2 oz peanut-infused bourbon
1 bar spoon banana liqueur (or maple syrup)
1 dash orange bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: a slice of crispy brown sugar bacon

Stir and strain. Serve in a rocks glass over one large ice cube. The easiest way to infuse bourbon is to use roasted peanut oil, just 2 teaspoons for a bottle, put in the freezer then strain. Any leftover bacon bits? No worry, just mix them with peanut butter and spread to the cracker. Now you have both the drink and the snack, it is peanut heaven!
