Multipurpose Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

½ cup peanut butter

¼ cup warm water (more if needed to thin sauce)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1½ to 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Juice of 1 lime

1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

½ teaspoon ginger, ground

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk. Add more water if needed to get to the right consistency. Adjust flavors and add cayenne if desired.

Note: Feel free to use fresh ginger and garlic if preferred and adjust the amounts to your taste.
