Sweet Peanut Butter Fondue
Makes about 2.5 cups
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup coconut milk
½ cup liquid sweetener (pure maple syrup, honey, agave, etc.)
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, sweetener, and cinnamon (if using) until well blended. Add chocolate chips (optional) and gently heat over medium-low heat in a fondue pot or a saucepan. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add a splash of coconut milk or water to thin if necessary. Serve warm.

Savory Peanut Butter Fondue

1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha or other hot sauce (optional)
½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil (optional)
Whisk all ingredients together until well combined. Gently heat over medium-low heat in a fondue pot or a saucepan. Add a splash of water if necessary to thin the sauce. Serve warm.
