
Summer is the perfect time to focus on Superfoods. With an abundance of in-season fruits and vegetables, it’s a snap to enjoy Superfoods like berries, watermelon, avocados, carrots and cucumbers. But what about those dark green leafy Superfoods that are naturally bitter like kale, spinach or Brussels sprouts?
Like all Superfoods, they’re packed with nutrition but may need a bit more TLC to make them craveable. There’s good news. Peanuts are a Superfood with more than 30 vitamins and minerals and more protein than any other nut.
