Have you heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Eating breakfast can help fuel the rest of your day. 1

If you decided to skip breakfast all together it is easier to grab more unhealthy foods throughout the day. Have breakfast every day, so you will have more energy for the rest of the day! 1

There is a myth that skipping breakfast can make you gain weight, but there are no scientific studies that prove this. Eating a healthy breakfast, however, can help you feel full for a longer period of time during the day.2

Peanuts and peanut butter are a good breakfast addition because they have protein, good fat and fiber to help provide satiety until lunch.

The Bottom Line

When you wake up, listen to your body.2 Eat if you are hungry, and it is okay if you wait until later in the morning to eat. Breakfast is a great chance to take on the day and energize your body!
