Coconut
Coconut is experiencing a resurgence. More people are cooking with coconut oil and electrolyte-filled coconut water is gaining in popularity with fitness enthusiasts—and party enthusiasts. Brands are responding with more coconut-infused foods like coconut popcorn, coconut yogurt, coconut water with probiotics, coconut seaweed snacks and more.
