Peanut weed management trials were conducted at the Oklahoma Agricultural Experiment Station's Caddo Research Station near Fort Cobb in 2017. Peanut were planted in early May. Cool temperatures slowed peanut growth early in the season and likely attributed to some of the herbicide injury observed. While peanut maturity was delayed along with harvest, peanut yield exceeded 5,000 pounds per acre in 2017.
