Spiced Peanut Butter and Coconut Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cups coconut milk (from a can, full fat)
1/2 cup creamy natural peanut butter
1/4 cup agave or sweetener of your choice (e.g. honey, maple syrup, stevia, etc.)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Toppings: toasted coconut flakes, peanuts, fresh fruit
Directions
- In a high-powered blender, combine all the ingredients (excluding the pepper flakes). Blend until completely smooth (about 30 to 60 seconds).
- Transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions to churn your ice cream.
- Upon serving, top with coconut flakes, peanuts or fresh fruit.
