Ingredients

1/2 cup peanut powder

1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon hot water or 2 tablespoons for salad dressing

1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

juice of 1 lime

Directions

Mix peanut powder and 1/4 cup and 1 tablespoon water first, then add remaining ingredients and mix together.

For salad dressing, add 1 tablespoon hot water.
