Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate with PB Fudge Stirrers

Hot Chocolate

Add all ingredients (except cocoa powder and vanilla extract) to a saucepan. Bring to a medium heat, stirring with a whisk until the mixture is thick and creamy for about 10 minutes. Add the coca powder and vanilla and whisk again over a medium heat until combined and thick. Serve immediately.

Drizzle and Garnishes

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for about 30-40 seconds until runny. Dip the top of your mugs into the melted peanut butter, shake off excess, then dip the mugs into the crushed peanuts. Pour the hot chocolate into the mugs, then top with whipped cream. Drizzle more melted peanut butter on top, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and garnish with peanut butter chocolate morsels.

Fudge Drink Stirrers

Add all the ingredients except the sugar to a saucepan. Stir the mixture over a medium heat until combined. Add the sugar and stir continuously for about 10 minutes over medium heat until the mixture starts to lift from the bottom of the pan.

Remove from the heat, then use a teaspoon or piping bag to fill an ice cube tray or lollipop mold with the mixture. Add lollipop sticks to each cavity and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set. When set, remove them from the molds and enjoy with your peanut butter hot chocolate.
