Ingredients

Popsicle molds

¼ cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced

1/3 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup Rosé

Directions

Heat sugar over medium-low heat with 1 Tbsp water for about 5 minutes or until it turns to liquid. Add 1 cup strawberries to pan and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon the peanut butter to the blender. Pour the sugar/strawberry mixture into the blender, and blend until smooth. Add the rosé to the blender and stir to combine. Place remaining (1/2 cup) strawberry slices in popsicle molds. Pour the blended ingredients into each mold and secure. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Run popsicles under hot water for 30 to 60 seconds to easily remove popsicles from molds (or follow the instructions from your popsicle molds).
