Ooey Gooey Peanut Butter Smores Dip

Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips

1 cup creamy peanut butter or 16 chocolate peanut butter cups

25 marshmallows

¼ cup peanuts

¼ cup chocolate peanut candy, chopped

24 graham crackers sheets, pretzels rods and fruit skewers for dipping

Directions

Directions:

Preheat broiler on high. Pour chocolate chips on the bottom of a medium-sized container (microwave- and oven-safe). Spoon peanut butter on top of chocolate chips and spread gently. If using peanut butter cups, place them on top of chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 1 minute if using peanut butter and 1.5-2 minutes if using peanut butter cups. Stir mixture until combined. Arrange marshmallows on top of mixture. Microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute (they should have slightly expanded).

Broil until marshmallows brown (watch closely because they burn fast). Sprinkle peanuts and candy on top of dip. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels and fruit.

Note: This dip can get messy, so it will help for guests to spoon dip onto their graham cracker or plate first.
