Classic Alfredo Sauce

In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat and add the garlic. Sauté garlic for 1 or 2 minutes, then add rest of ingredients (including salt & pepper). Heat over medium heat – stirring often with a wire whisk until well-blended and sauce starts to bubble. Add shrimp to the pan and cook 4 to 5 minutes, until pink and opaque. Add more salt and pepper, to taste. Serve over pasta
