Summer is coming to an end and now it is time to get geared up for the school year. Whether school is virtual or in person, everyone still needs to eat! We know kiddos love delicious meals and snacks. Not only do kids (and parents!) love the taste of peanut butter, a two-tablespoon serving has 8 grams of protein and 2 grams of filling fiber to help power through each day.

A mixture of delicious dried fruits, cereal, and smooth peanut butter. This crunch bar is sure to help give the best fuel for the day. The sweet mixture of honey, peanut butter, brown sugar and peanut flour will be sure to get satisfy your taste buds.

This recipe is great for back to school including creamy peanut butter, honey, farro, bananas, coconut, and cinnamon. Try this 5 minute recipe for a quick after school snack. The combination of textures and flavors is delicious!

Ants on a Log
Peanut butter is so versatile! For the classic ants on a log, start with celery, add your favorite peanut butter, and top with raisin! If you want more Ants on a Log variations, add some of these toppings to your celery with peanut butter: chocolate chips, chopped strawberries banana slices, pretzel pieces, dried cranberries, shredded coconut or whipped cream.
