Have you wondered what is the best way to swap out ingredients? Well I’m here to provide a list of ideas to make the perfect peanut butter swaps! Below are some amazing options for using peanut butter in place of another ingredient. Peanut butter and peanuts can be a great addition to sandwiches, smoothies, dips, breakfasts, soups, baked goods, and more. Elevate your meals with these delicious peanut butter swaps!

Protein Powder Substitute

There are a lot of expensive protein powders out now. Peanut powder is the perfect swap for a protein powered smoothie. Add in your favorite flavor to make your smoothie the best pre/post workout snack.

Egg substitute

Using peanut butter as an egg substitute may be a game changer. The substitute is 3 tbsp of peanut butter for every 1 egg. Make sure to use the creamy version. You may need to experiment to get your substitute just right.  In this Thai peanut butter grilled burger recipe, you mix together peanut butter and raw ground meat. Butter Substitute
