All foods can fit into a healthy eating plan – to an extent. Sometimes, certain conditions make it medically necessary to avoid specific foods or ingredients, and to pay more attention to what you eat.
And examples of such conditions are celiac disease and diabetes, which is why we partnered with our friends at the Texas Peanut Producers Board to create cookbooks tailored specifically to you or someone in your life who lives with either one.
Fortunately, you don’t have to forgo peanuts or peanut butter when you have either condition! From breakfast to snack-time to dinnertime, these cookbooks are designed to provide simple and delicious recipes to safely support diets for those with diabetes or celiac, using peanuts and/or peanut butter as one of the ingredients.
